These terms govern the use of Gestor Finanzas. By creating an account you accept them. Please read them before signing up.
What this service is
Gestor Finanzas is a free application in a closed beta, run privately and without a company behind it. It is offered as-is, without any guarantee of availability, uptime, or continuity, and it may be closed or restricted at any time, with reasonable notice whenever possible.
Registration and your account
Signing up currently requires an invitation from whoever administers the app. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 14 years old to register; this service is not directed at children.
Acceptable use
This app is meant for personal or household bookkeeping. Automating sign-ups, attempting to bypass the resource limits described in the app, or using the service to store data unrelated to personal finance is not allowed. Reasonable technical limits are enforced (accounts, categories, transactions, and imports per ledger) to keep the service usable for everyone.
This is not financial advice
Nothing in this app — summaries, projections, or budget alerts — constitutes financial, tax, or investment advice. Decisions you make with this information are entirely your own responsibility.
Your data
Your financial data belongs to you. You can export it at any time (Settings → Data) and delete your account permanently whenever you want (Account → Security). Because this is a beta run without dedicated infrastructure, back up anything you cannot afford to lose: while backups exist, this service does not guarantee your data will always be recoverable.
Availability and changes
Being a free beta, this service can change, be interrupted, or be discontinued with little notice. Whenever reasonably possible, advance notice will be given by email to the address on your account.
Limitation of liability
This service is provided free of charge and without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, whoever administers this application is not liable for losses arising from its use, including data loss, service interruptions, or decisions made based on information shown in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
